(1) ظہور پاکستان کےابتدائی اور مشکل دور میں قائداعظم نے ملک بھر کا دورہ کیاآپ کا مقصد لوگوں کا جذبہ بلند کرنا تھا لاہور کے ایک خطاب میں انہون نے فرمایا (نوزائید ہ قوموں کی تاریخ میں بہت سی مثالیں ہیں جنہوں نےپختہ عزم اور کردار کی قوت سے خود کو تعمیر کیا تم خالص مادےسے بنے ہو جس جیسا دوسرا کوئی نہیں اپنا حوصلہ بلند رکھو موت سے خوفزادہ مت ہو ہمیں اسلام او ر پاکستان کی عزت کے تحفظ کے لیے اس کا بہادری سے سامنے کرنا چاہیے اپنا فرض پورا کرو اور پاکستان میں یقین رکھو یہ قائم رہنے کے لیے بنا ہے۔

(2) برصغیر کے مسلمانوں کے لیے علیحدہ سر زمین حاصل کرنے کے لیے عظیم راہنما کی جدو جہد کا سارا سفر مسلم اتحاد کے مرکزی نقطہ نظر اور بطور قوم ان کی وحدت پر مبنی تھا انہوں نے پاکستان کے متعلق اس طرح واضح الفاظ میں بات کی کہ ایک عام انسان بھی سمجھ سکتا تھا آپ نے قیام پاکستان سے تین سال قبل بڑے و ثوق سے فرمایا ہم ایک قوم ہیں جس کی اپنی امتیازی ثقافت اور تہذیب ،زبان اور ادب فن اور فن تعمیر نام اور اصول تسمیہ اقدار کا شعور اور تناسب شرعی قوانین اور اخلاقی ضابطے رواج اور تقویم تاریخ اور روایا ت رحجان اور خواہشات مختصر طورپر زندگی میں ہمارا اپنا امتیازی نقطہ نظر ہے

(3) نظریہ پاکستان کی بنیادی اس بنیادی نقطہ نظر پر تھی کہ مسلمان ایک آزاد قوم ہیں ان کی قومی اور سیاسی شناخت کو مدغم کرنے کی کسی بھی کوشش کے خلاف سخت مزاحمت کی جائے گی ۔

(4) قائد اعظم پختہ ایمان اور عقیدے کے انسان تھے آپ کا پختہ یقین تھا کہ اسلامی اصولوں پر مبنی نئی ابھرنے والی ریاست پاکستان پورے معاشرے کی مجموعی طور پر اصلاح کرے گی ستمبر 1945 ء کو اپنے عید کے پیغام میں قائد اعظم نے فرمایا اسلام پورے اسلامی معاشرے کے قیام کے لیے زندگی کے ہر شعبے میں مجموعی اور انفرادی طور پر ایک مکمل ضابطہ حیات ہے ۔

(5) آج قائد اعظم کا پاکستان ان گنت مسائل کا سامنا کر رہا ہے ہم بھول چکے ہیں کہ کس طرح مسلمانوں نے قائد اعظم کے سنہری منشور ایمان اتحاد اور تنظیم پر عمل کرتے ہوئے اپنے موجودہ مسائل پر قابو پاسکتے ہیں ہم نواجون نسل کو ان کی نصیحت یاد دلاتے ہوئے اپنی قوم کو مضبوط بنا سکتے ہیں اب یہ تمہارا فرض ہے کام کام اور کام اور کامیابی ہمارا مقصد ہے ۔
