(1) نشے کی لت آج پوری دنیا میں ایک عام مسئلہ ہے نشے کی لت کی بہت سی صورتیں ہیں لیکن سب سے زیادہ خطر ناک اس پر مکمل انحصار ہے منشیات کا لمبے عرصے تک استعمال مستقل ذہنی اور جسمانی بیماری کا سبب بنتا ہے منشیات کی چند اقسام جوذہین اور جسم کے لیے خلل کا باعث بنتی ہے ہیروئن بھنگ تمباکو ،والیم ،کو کین،اور الکوحل ہیں۔

(2) نشے کی لت ماحولیاتی عوامل کی وجہ سے ہوتی ہے چند ایک اہم ماحولیاتی عوامل جو نشے کی لت کا سبب بن سکتے ہیں برے ساتھی کا اثر اور پریشان گھریلو پس منظرہیں جب نوجوان لوگ بری صحبت میں رہتے ہیں اور مہم جوئی کے نام پر تجربات کرتے ہیں تو وہ نشے کا شکار ہو سکتے ہیں جو لوگ اپنی زندگیوں سے نا خوش اور غیر مطمئن ہوتے ہیں وہ زندگی کی ذمہ داریوں سے چھٹکارا حاصل کرنے کے لیے نشے کی لت کی طرف رجوع کر سکتے ہیں۔

(3) اس سلسلے میں جو اہم اقدام لیا جانا چاہیے وہ نشی کی بحالی اور صحت یابی ہے پاکستان سمیت بہت سے ممالک میں نشی ان کے خاندان اور دوست دوسروں کو اپنا مسلہ بتانا ممنوع سمجھتے ہیں و ہ قطع تعلق کے ڈر سے اس کےبارے میں بات کرنے میں شرمندگی محسوس کرتےہیں یہ نہ صرف علاج کو مشکل بناتا ہے بلکہ اکثر صورتوں میں بر وقت علاج اور مشاورت کی کمی کی وجہ سے نشی مرجاتے ہیں ۔

(4) بحالی کے مراکز قابو پانے اور صحت یابی کے عمل کے لیےبہترین جگہیں ہیں یہ مراکز ان کی دیکھ بھال کرتے ہیں ان مراکز میں ان لوگوں کو مکمل طبی امداد اور رہنمائی فراہم کی جاتی ہے اس لیے نشی حضرات کو باقاعدہ اور سند یا فتہ بحالی کے مراکز پر لے جانا چاہیے جہان ان کےلیے باقاعدہ علاج معالجہ دستیاب ہو تاہم اس میں نشے کی لت کی فوری شناخت اور ان مراکز کی ٹیم کے ساتھ شکار افراد کا مکمل تعاون شامل ہوتا ہے ۔

نشی کی بحالی میں جو دوسرا عنصر ہے وہ باقاعدہ مشاورت ہےجتنی جلدی یہ ہو متاثر ہ شخص کے لیے اتنا ہی بہتر ہوتا ہے دوبارہ مبتلا ہونے کے خطرات سے نشی کے صحت (5) یاب ہونے کے بعد بھی مشاورت کا عمل جاری رکھنا چاہیے ڈاکٹرحضرات خاندان اور دوستوں کو چاہیے کہ بہتر تحریک اور ہم آہنگی کےلیے نشئی پر کڑی نظر اور مشاورت جاری رکھیں ۔

نشے کی لت کسی بھی معاشرے کےلے ایک بہت سنجیدہ خطرہ ہےصرف پاکستان میں تقریبا پچاس نشی ہیں نشی حضرات کو ان گنت معاشی معاشرتی اور صحت کے مسائل (6) کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہےپوری دنیان کی حکومتیں معاشرے سے نشےکی لت کا خاتمہ کرنے کی کوشش کر رہی ہیں درکار ہیں یہ صرف اسی صورت میں ممکن ہے اگر لوگ منشیات کے خطرات سے مکمل باخبر ہوں انہیں ایک صحت مند اور معنی خیز زندگی بسر کرنے کا پختہ عزم کرنا چاہیے ۔
